As part of our continual quality improvement process, we have recently reviewed product trace-ability and also our core product's packaging quality.
Both have been improved as the tubes the "Premium Aroma Assessment Papers" are packed in have been re-designed and code marking improvements have been introduced to further insure product trace-ability.

A recent review showed that we have kept our costs low for many years and our aim is to maintain this.
Since we started LS Materials in 1994 we have strived to maintain product quality while keeping prices as low as practicable. Your repeat order custom shows we are achieving these aims.
Following a period of increased demand, stock levels have been reviewed and where required these have been increased.
Our aim is to supply our main line of products ex stock. There are times when increased demand does cause stock outs but we keep these to exceptional cases only.
We will continue to monitor stocks and make changes on stock levels where required.
